All estimations are subject to final technical inspection and execution of formal commercial contracts. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice until a formal agreement is executed.

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Commercial Laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
